Jeanette served in the United States Navy where she embarked on a career in Information Technology (IT).After spending 14 years in the Navy, Jeanette transitioned to the Department of Defense, where she continues to build upon her IT skills and perfecting her service delivery approach.  

Jeanette is a small business owner that specializes in IT support, Program Management, Leadership Training, and Personnel development. Based on preliminary research, Jeanette has created a solution for transitioning Veterans who are transitioning from military service to civilian life. Jeanette’s goal is to ensure veterans who have suffered from PTSD and other service-connected injuries are properly trained in resiliency through personal development and small group interactions. 

Through the establishment of Sugar Jones Collection LLC, Jeanette has created programs for transitioning veterans, and brings awareness to the difficulties of transitioning from military to civilian life. In addition, Jeanette uses Sugar Jones Collection, LLC as a platform for public speaking, community engagement, and professional development. 

Sugar Jones Collection, LLC is active in the local civilian and military community and with OCONUS Military installations. Our core values are to provide existing and aspiring leaders, youth, active military, and transitioning Veterans with effective mentoring and training programs that will improve opportunities intended for viable career choices.
